Al
Capone (AHA Registered name Carbone) is a beautiful 11 y. o. dark bay gelding
standing 17.1 hands tall. "Al" has a history as a
successful amateur hunter but he loves his new found career of
dressage! "Al" competed at his first dressage show in
February scoring over 70% at Training Level Test 4 and scoring in
the mid-60% at First Level. "Al" has a super pocket pony
personality, and he is extremely easy to ride and sit on.
He is currently
schooling shoulder-in, traver, renver, single flying changes,
half-pass in the trot and canter, and walk pirouettes with ease. All
"Al" needs now is more strengthening behind to improve his
medium and extended paces. He will be ready to show 2nd Level
successfully by the end of March. Everyone who meets this horse
falls in love with him. "
