Netherlands Dutch Feed Reproduced in Australia In Australia the Olympic horses are able to continue their Dutch diet. The importation of horse feed into Australia is forbidden; therefore the Dutch food is reproduced in Australia. PAVO organized this for the entire Olympic team. Anky:” We have been feeding PAVO to our horses for nearly a year now. When we started with this company, we made an agreement that they would organize the feed during the Olympic Games. A special nutritionist from PAVO made sure that nearly the same food was reproduced over there for us. There is a small difference, because it is made from Australian ingredients. Bonfire noticed the difference immediately. But with some melasses mixed in we made it extra tasty for him. It is reassuring to know that my horses’ feeding has the same value. As they are such high-performance athletes.” Copyright © Dressage un Ltd. All rights reserved.
